We ship within Thailand only.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via Thai Post or Kerry Express. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can ensure your order is delivered on time, YANET BAGS cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Shipping Timeline
  • Orders shipped within Bangkok may take anywhere between 2-3 business days to ship once processed.
  • Orders shipped in up-country may take anywhere between 3-5 business days to ship once processed.
We will inform you by email after we sent products.

Exchange and Returns

  • Customers can be returned or exchanged within 7 days after purchased.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • To be eligible for exchange, selling price only must be similar or higher.
  • Sale promotion are not eligible for return or exchange.

Warranty Policy

We proudly offers warranty on all our products to be free of defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase. We will replace any products found to be defective within the range of common and everyday use. Our warranty policy does not apply to damage caused by accidents. This policy is also limited to the refund or replacement of the defective product. Warranty applies to products that have been purchased from YANET BAGS website. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt. Warranty is automatically voided if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product.
